Project Timelines: Typical project duration is 6 months.

Delivery Commitments: We offer a standard 30-day warranty post go-live of the project.

Handling Delays or Changes in Scope: Any changes in project scope or delays will be managed through a mutually agreed-upon change request process. Additional costs and timelines will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing Structure: Fixed project fees.

Payment Terms:

30% upfront payment.
Remaining payments based on milestone completion.

Refunds:

Full refund if the project has not started.
Pro-rated refund if the project has started, based on the completed portion of work.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Data Handling: Client data is managed in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023 of India.

Compliance Standards: We adhere to DPDP Act 2023, ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, and CPA.

Support and Maintenance

Post-Development Support: We offer a standard 30-day maintenance period post-project completion.

Ongoing Support: We provide support with a 24-hour turnaround time via phone and email.

Client Responsibilities

Client Obligations: Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, finalizing the project scope, and other standard responsibilities to facilitate project progress.

Collaboration: We use best-in-class Project Management Systems and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification. Communication is managed through live chat, phone, and email.

Dispute Resolution

Handling Disputes: In the event of a dispute, we will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to senior management for further consideration.

Arbitration/Mediation: If negotiations fail, disputes will be settled through arbitration under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration. The place of arbitration will be Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

Termination Policy

Termination Conditions: Either party can terminate the agreement if:

There is a material breach of contract that is not remedied within 30 days of notice.
The other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt.

Consequences of Termination:

Upon termination, all work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and paid.
Any advance payments will be adjusted against the final invoice.
All client materials will be returned or destroyed as per the client's instructions.
