Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Terms
Client Initiated Cancellation:
  • Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email to info@binarytouch.com.
  • A minimum notice of 15 business days is required for cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Fees:
  • If a project is canceled after the initial 30% upfront payment has been made, the following fees will apply:
  • Cancellation within 15 business days of the project start date: 10% of the total project fee.
  • Cancellation after 15 business days but before the project milestones are reached: 20% of the total project fee.
  • Cancellation after project milestones have been reached will be subject to a pro-rated fee based on the work completed.
2. Refund Conditions
Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are applicable only if the project has not started or if a mutual agreement is reached between BinaryTouch Technologies LLP and the client.
  • No refunds will be issued for projects that are in progress beyond the initial 30 days unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Refund Timeframes:
  • Full refunds will be granted if the project has not started within 30 days of the initial payment.
  • For projects started, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
3. Process for Cancellation
Initiating Cancellation:
  • To cancel a project, clients must submit a written cancellation request via email to info@binarytouch.com. The request must include:
  • Client’s name and project details.
  • Reason for cancellation.
  • Date of cancellation notice.
Confirmation:
  • BinaryTouch Technologies LLP will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request and confirm the cancellation details in writing within 5 business days.
4. Process for Refunds
Refund Request:
  • Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request via email to info@binarytouch.com, including:
  • Client’s name and project details.
  • Bank details or payment method used.
  • Reason for refund request.
Processing Time:
  • Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days of receiving all necessary documentation.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Certain services such as third-party software licenses, domain registrations, and other non-refundable expenses are not eligible for refund. These will be specified in the project agreement.
6. Additional Information
Processing Duration:
  • Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days. However, the actual time to reflect the refund in the client’s account may vary depending on the payment provider’s policies.
Alternative Solutions:
  • BinaryTouch Technologies LLP may offer alternative solutions such as project rescheduling or service credits, subject to mutual agreement and at our discretion.
